• Sample condition: DNA samples

• Sample quantity demanded (single): for short-insert libraries, ≥ 9 μg;

                                                                      the total sample quantity of a single sample for resequencing should be no less than 15 μg;

• Sample concentration: ≥ 30 ng/μl, 100~200 ng/μl is recommended

• Sample purity: OD260/280=1.8～2.0

• Recommended sample size: ＞20.

• Population material selection recommended: Obvious classification of subgroup is needed in species.

    Individuals within the same subgroup should be representative. The result of population selection analysis is related to the material selection.
