전장 전사체(Transcriptome) 해독 샘플 조건  

• Sample condition: Integrated total RNA samples that are treated by DNase.
  

                                     Avoid protein contamination during RNA isolation.

• Sample quantity: For plant samples, total RNA ≥ 30 μg;

                                  for animal samples (human and mouse), total RNA ≥ 8μg;

                                  for other animal samples, total RNA ≥ 15 μg.

• Sample concentration: For all samples, concentration ≥ 200ng/ul

• Sample purity: OD260/280=1.8~2.2; for animal samples,

                              RNA 28S:18S> 1.0, RIN≥7.0; for plant samples,

                              RNA 28S:18S>1.0, no requirement for RIN values.
