 전사체 정량 해독 샘플 조건

• Sample condition: Integrated total RNA samples that are treated by DNase.

                                    Avoid protein contamination during RNA isolation.

• Sample quantity: For plant samples: total RNA≥ 30 μg;

                                  for mammalian samples (human and mouse): total RNA≥ 8μg;

                                  for other animal samples: total RNA ≥ 15 μg.

• Sample concentration: For plant samples: concentration ≥ 400 ng/μl;

                                             for mammalian samples (human and mouse): concentration≥ 80 ng/μl;

                                             for other animal samples: concentration≥ 200 ng/μl.

• Sample purity: OD260/280=1.8~2.2;

                              for animal samples, RNA 28S:18S> 1.0, RIN≥7.0;

                              for plant samples, RNA 28S:18S>1.0, no requirement for RIN values.
