• Sample condition: DNA samples
  

• Sample quantity(for a single library preparation): for short-insert libraries, ≥ 9 μg;

                                 for 2Kb~6 Kb large-insert libraries, ≥ 60 μg;

                                 for PCR-free libraries constructed for the genome with high or low GC content, ≥ 45 μg;

                                 the total quantity is determined by the experimental strategy of the type and number of libraries to be constructed;

• Sample concentration: for short-insert libraries, ≥ 50 ng/μl;

                                         for 2 Kb~6 Kb large-insert libraries, ≥ 150 ng/μl;

• Sample purity: OD260/280=1.8～2.0.
