• Sample condition: Double strand DNA samples

• Sample quantity (for a single library preparation): for short-insert libraries, ≥ 8 μg;

                                  the total quantity is determined by the experimental strategy of the type and number of libraries to be constructed;

• Sample concentration: ≥ 50 ng/μl;

• Sample purity: OD260/280=1.8～2.0.
